1. In no more than 500 words outline the objectives, including the context, data and results prior to the innovation (this might include brand awareness, sales goals, or other KPIs), and the insight that led to the development of the work. (30%)

2. Outline the structure of how all parties worked together on a particular campaign or project and describe the results, including metrics such as sales, traffic, coverage and brand awareness. (40%)

3. In a further 500 words or less, provide one or two testimonials, preferably from a client(s) - (30%) * 500
