Colin Lewis
Colin Lewis has worked as CMO for some of the UKs biggest brands over the last 25 years as well as having worked in Australia, France, Ireland, Singapore and China.
Colin is one of the UK’s leading experts in eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Retail Media: he ran his first eCommerce website – turning over $100m - in 2006.
Colin advises both brands and retailers in Europe on their retail media strategy. He is the author of six Best Practice reports on Retail Media, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing and Instacart and well as eCommerce Best Practice and Marketplaces Best Practice Reports.
Colin is a Marketing Week Magazine columnist - since 2015, as well as being a columnist for WARC with the focus on Retail Media.
He has an MBA and MSc in Marketing as well as being an Aussie passport holder having worked in Australia for eight years.

Vandita Pandey
As CMO for ANZ, Vandita has responsibility for our consumer and demand agenda across insights, innovation, portfolio strategy, communication strategy, brand building, activation, media planning, and digital & data strategy for our snacks (AU and NZ) and beverages portfolio. As a part of her scope and with her team, she leads the brand strategy for our most iconic brands in the portfolio including Smith’s, Red Rock Deli, Doritos, Sunbites, Twisties, Simply, Pepsi Max, and Gatorade.
Vandita joined PepsiCo 13 years ago and has spent the majority of her PepsiCo career in the US within the FLNA business unit. During her time at Frito, she spent time across various Marketing competencies including Brand (Fritos, Doritos, Multi-pack), Shopper/DX (Target), Insights (Media
Strategy, Portfolio Strategy), and as Chief of Staff to the FLNA CMO. In her most prior role, she led the final stages of the Bare Snacks acquisition and integration into the FLNA system and portfolio.

Kent Len
Kent has been in the media industry for over 15 years, starting out in content creation and education within the entertainment music industry.
He now looks after digital media and data at Chemist Warehouse. Chemist Warehouse has over 550 stores across Australia and over 600 stores across the globe; Australia, NZ, Ireland and China.
Chemist Warehouse is one of Australia’s largest retailers boosting 25% YoY growth.

Gai Le Roy
Gai is the CEO of IAB Australia which is the peak advocacy, research & standards body representing digital media and advertising.
Gai has worked in the media industry for 30 years and in the digital ad industry since portals were cool, pop-ups were rampant and an unnamed TV exec told her that internet advertising would never be worth more than $100m.
Prior to running the IAB Gai held senior roles at Fairfax, Nielsen, ninemsn & Gateway Research.

Dan Robins
Dan is a Director at PwC Australia where he is a leader of PwC's CMO Advisory consulting practice. In this role, Dan works with marketers on how they can maximise effectiveness across the spectrum of marketing, while also offering strategy advice to media and entertainment businesses.
With a career background in media, over the last three years, Dan has worked with some of Australia's biggest retailers to explore the opportunity potential in their media assets, developing business cases and strategies for growth.
Dan is also the editor for PwC's annual Entertainment & Media Outlook which looks at the revenues and trends from across the industry in Australia - and for the first time provided forecasts for the retailer media sector in its 2021 edition.

Teresa is the co-founder, and CEO of Brandcrush - an omnichannel retail media technology, focused on centralizing and streamlining all in-store, out-of-store & online media activations.
Prior to Brandcrush, Teresa spent two decades developing leading business growth strategies in both FMCG and B2B industries. She was Head of Marketing & innovation for a Global natural foods company, and led brand strategy & communications management for the Pact Group, an innovative packaging solutions corporation based in Australia.

Mike Tyquin
Mike joined The Woolworths Group as Managing Director of Cartology in April 2019, following more than 25 years experience in the media and advertising industry.
During his career, Mike has held multiple executive roles leading large scale media businesses in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, including CEO of the Australian and New Zealand business EYE (Network TEN's out of home media business sold to oOh!media in late 2012) and most recently, CEO of HT&E’s out of home media division, Adshel.
Mike has been a pioneer in digital and data in the out of home industry, serving on industry boards including the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) and MOVE.

Simon Porter
Simon has 25-years leadership experience in retail marketing and consulting roles spanning the UK and Australia. Specialising in retail strategy and communications. Experience includes retail transformations and building retail best practice for leading brands and retailers.
He has worked across brand portfolios for the likes of Samsung, Uber, Sony, Unilever, P&G, Diageo and Nestle. He has also worked with some of Australia and the UK’s biggest retailers including Vodafone, J Sainsbury’s, Coles, Asda, Telstra and T-Mobile.
With innovation and digital technologies reshaping business models and how retailers engage with customers, helping brands harness the power of their retail footprint has never been more important.
Today, his key focus is reimagining retail communications and how retail fits into media ecosystems.

Joint Chief Creative Officer, Dentsu Creative
Mandie van der Merwe
Mandie is the joint Chief Creative Officer at Dentsu Creative, Australia. Over the last 18 years, she has worked on 3 continents and been recognised over 200 times at local and international award shows, including Clios, Cannes, D&AD, One Show and more.
After graduating from art school, Mandie, much to the chagrin of her purist art friends, sold her soul to advertising. But, over time, she’s bought it back. The payment has been made, painstakingly, with an ideal that we can change business and social problems with great ideas and the care to execute them beautifully. It is this belief that has guided her work on Tourism Australia, Fox Sports, Nando’s, Tourism New Zealand, MINI and Go Gentle Australia.
Beyond the world of advertising, Mandie is an enthusiastic ceramicist and hopes, one day, to own a kiln and have the time to use it.

David Lo
David is the founder and principal of The Zoo Republic, Australia's longest-running creative agency with a founder still at the helm.

Pippa has a long and successful track record identifying trends and how they are likely to shape the market.
She spent the past 25 years working in commercial innovation roles across many of Australia’s largest media companies, including Microsoft, ninemsn, Fairfax and Channel Nine. Before joining News Corp Australia in 2021 she was chief executive at ASX-listed Swift Media.
She is on the board of the RLPA (Rugby League Players Association) and is a non-Executive Director on the Board of Swift Media

With more than 20 years of experience in media and technology working across the
European, North American and Australasian markets, Troy is an entrepreneur with a vision for applying clever technology to streamline and automate media buying and advertising campaign deployment.
His first venture was social ads platform Tiger Pistol which makes social media advertising
smarter and more effective by automating ad campaigns for small to medium enterprises.
In 2022, he co-founded retail media platform Zitcha. Zitcha brings together the data and
advertising inventory of retailers, turning them into publishers.

Roger Dunn
Roger Dunn was the Head of Retail Media for Criteo in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this he was the founder and general manager of GroupM Commerce, the holding company’s specialist e-commerce and retail media business.
He brings over 20 years’ experience in building businesses and driving commercial outcomes across agency, publisher and adtech roles including NewsCorp, MediaCom, GroupM and now commerce media company Criteo.
Over the past five years, Dunn was the first person in Australia to be Amazon certified, has sat on the MFA Interactive Board, helped create the Digital Foundations Certificate program and was a judge for the ‘Creative eCommerce’ category at the 2021 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
