In 2007 he founded the direct marketing agency Directivity and in 2017 established The Point of Loyalty where he advises brands on how to build thriving customer loyalty assets based on his proven framework - ‘The Wheel of Loyalty Program fortune’. Since 2013, he has commissioned and is author of 17 in-depth Australian and New Zealand customer loyalty and loyalty program research studies called For Love or Money™ .
