Phil Bonanno
Phil Bonanno is a client partner at Meta, where he’s spent the past nine years helping Aussie & Kiwi retailers drive brand and sales growth. He’s worked in and around retail for over thirty years, starting on the shop floor, to managing stores and opening new markets. He’s also built, grown and sold retail analytics businesses in the US and Australia. He’s provided commentary for leading business and trade journals and trained for thousands of retail and FCMG executives. Phil has keynoted and presented at CIES, GMA, NRF, hundreds of client conferences, and several dozen industry events globally.
Prior to joining Meta, Phil was President, Americas and CSO of MVI (now part of Kantar Consulting), Head of Retail and Shopper strategy at The Leading Edge, and Founder/CEO Goodyear & Partners. Phil holds an MBA with distinction in retail strategy from the FW Olin Graduate School of business.
In 2009 Phil won the ESOMAR Global Case Study award for his paper on “Digital Impact on Shopper Path to Purchase”. Phil also sits on the board of several retail and tech startups.

Colin Lewis has worked as CMO for some of the UKs biggest brands over the last 25 years as well as having worked in Australia, France, Ireland, Singapore and China.
Colin is one of the UK’s leading experts in eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Retail Media: he ran his first eCommerce website – turning over $100m - in 2006.
Colin advises both brands and retailers in Europe on their retail media strategy. He is the author of six Best Practice reports on Retail Media, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing and Instacart and well as eCommerce Best Practice and Marketplaces Best Practice Reports.
Colin is a Marketing Week Magazine columnist - since 2015, as well as being a columnist for WARC with the focus on Retail Media.

Gai is the CEO of IAB Australia which is the peak advocacy, research & standards body representing digital media and advertising.
Gai has worked in the media industry for 30 years and in the digital ad industry since portals were cool, pop-ups were rampant and an unnamed TV exec told her that internet advertising would never be worth more than $100m.
Prior to running the IAB Gai held senior roles at Fairfax, Nielsen, ninemsn & Gateway Research.

Mike Tyquin
Mike joined The Woolworths Group as Managing Director of Cartology in April 2019, following more than 25 years experience in the media and advertising industry.
During his career, Mike has held multiple executive roles leading large scale media businesses in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, including CEO of the Australian and New Zealand business EYE (Network TEN's out of home media business sold to oOh!media in late 2012) and most recently, CEO of HT&E’s out of home media division, Adshel.

smarter and more effective by automating ad campaigns for small to medium enterprises.
In 2022, he co-founded retail media platform Zitcha. Zitcha brings together the data and
